A grand jury has indicted a former Boston College student on an involuntary manslaughter charge in connection to her boyfriend's suicide.

Prosecutors say 21-year-old Inyoung You physically and psychologically abused her boyfriend, Alexander Urtula, over the course of their 18-month relationship.

Urtula jumped from the roof of a parking garage and died the morning of May 20th — the day he was set to graduate.

Rollins says there are clear differences between this case and the high-profile manslaughter conviction of Michelle Carter, who the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court found guilty of causing the death of her boyfriend, Conrad Roy.
