Baker Asks All Colleges And High Schools To Cancel International Trips In Response To Coronavirus

Governor Charlie Baker and state health officials say Massachusetts remains at low risk for an outbreak of COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.

Baker is asking Massachusetts colleges and high schools to cancel any immediate international trips for students. MBTA officials say they'll start wiping down contact surfaces like ticket gates every four hours, and increase the cleaning of trains, subway cars, and buses.
