It's clearly not time now, but a big question on everyone's minds, including the President Donald Trump's, is how and when the country reopens.

President Trump claimed Monday night he has "total authority" over the decision, but two groups of state governors, including a seven-state coalition with Massachusetts, say they'll make that call.
