Monday is the first day of Phase 2 of Gov. Baker's reopening plan.

We get an overview of what's allowed to open and what the new restrictions will look like from WBUR's Zeninjor Enwemeka.

We also look at what reopening means for the city of Chelsea, which was hit especially hard by the pandemic.

Tom Ambrosino, the city manager for Chelsea, and Roy Avellaneda, Chelsea City Council president and a local restaurant owner, talk about the impact the pandemic has had on their city and what that means as we begin to reopen across the state.

This segment aired on June 8, 2020.
