Supreme Court Issues Landmark Ruling On LGBTQ Workplace Discrimination

In a landmark ruling Monday, the Supreme Court said the worker language of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also protects LGBTQ Americans from discrimination.

We dig into this ruling and what it means for workers and employers with WBUR senior news correspondent Kimberly Atkins and retired federal judge Nancy Gertner.
