Why teachers are burnt out, and what we can do about it

Teachers in Massachusetts and all over the country are saying they're tired, burnt out and need support.

That includes Takeru Nagayoshi, who was named Massachusetts Teacher of the Year in 2020. He recently left the profession and now works in education technology, and says he still wants to make change. Nagayoshi joins us to share his story and thoughts on a way forward for exhausted educators.
