Congressman Seth Moulton on the stakes of getting the new infrastructure spending right

Yesterday, President Biden delivered remarks from Woodstock, New Hampshire, while standing in front of one of the 215 bridges in the state classified as "structurally deficient." Massachusetts has nearly 500 bridges that fall into that category. We talk with Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton about the roughly 9 billion dollars that should be coming to Massachusetts as a result of the legislation, what he wants to see done with the money, and whether the investment fully meets the moment.
