Celtics dazzle in Game 4, but which team will show up for Game 5?

Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals series between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat was Monday night, and, once again, it was a blowout.

This time, Boston was the team running Miami out of the gym, a reversal from Game 3 on Saturday.
