Celebrating salsa music's 'New England sound' with José Massó

José Massó has identified what he calls the "New England sound" over his 47 years hosting WBUR's bilingual show "Con Salsa!" and bringing salsa music and Latin jazz to the Greater Boston area.

He joins us to share some local music that exemplifies that sound, its respect for tradition and its willingness to push the genre forward.
