Producer, Morning Edition
Stevee Chapman is a producer for WBUR's Morning Edition.
Stevee moved to Boston in October 2021 by way of the Pacific Northwest, where she spent seven years working in local TV news at the ABC affiliate in Spokane, Washington.
She is a proud alumna of Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. As a student she was among the first to take part in the college’s backpack journalism program, where she received opportunities to develop multimedia reporting skills in Cuba and the Galapagos Islands.
Outside of the newsroom, Stevee enjoys exploring the city by foot, cooking, and gardening. She loves spending time in nature year-round, doing things like backpacking and skiing. Recommendations for your favorite spots to explore around New England are welcome.
