Examining The MBTA's 2015 Winter Woes, As The Agency Assures It's Ready This Season

It's hard to forget last winter, especially if you were one of the many Boston-area commuters affected by the MBTA's weather-related service issues.

But this winter, the T says it is prepared. It spent $85 million on new rails and snow removal equipment, and it says customers can expect better service this winter.
