Listen To Our Playlist Of Massachusetts' Tiny Desk Contest Entries

The hardest part about contests is that you only get to chose one winner. While we've already selected our favorite Tiny Desk Contest entry from Massachusetts (it's Frances Forever), our panelists were blown away by the amount of talent displayed in the 254 entries from our state. To celebrate the wide range of music being made in the Bay State, Amelia Mason and I put together a playlist of songs from Massachusetts musicians who entered their videos into NPR Music's Tiny Desk Contest. These songs made us laugh, made us tear up a little but most of all, we couldn't forget them after we stopped listening.
