Barton Seaver is on a mission to restore humanity's relationship with the ocean.

The famed seafood chef's latest book, "American Seafood: Heritage, Culture and Cookery from Sea to Shining Sea," wants to reacquaint Americans with lesser known and less frequently eaten species of fish.
