Women Come Forward About Non-Disclosure Agreements And Trump

This week, former Playboy model Karen McDougal sued the owner of the National Enquirer to get out of a non-disclosure agreement. She alleges that she had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006 and 2007 and the National Enquirer paid her $150,000 for her story. Earlier this month, Stormy Daniels filed suit to get out of a non-disclosure agreement, alleging she had an affair with Trump back in 2006. We look at the legal requirements of NDAs.
