As we continue to try to contain the spread of the coronavirus, many of us are practicing social distancing and isolating at home. But that can come with particularly difficult challenges for victims of domestic, sexual and child violence and abuse.

We discuss these concerns with Massachusetts Child Advocate Maria Mossaides and Lysetta Hurge-Putnam, Executive Director of Independence House, a counseling and advocacy center on Cape Cod.
