We'll hear from both sides – first from Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson, and then Executive Director of Lawyers for Civil Rights Iván Espinoza-Madrigal. Also, WBUR's Shannon Dooling breaks down what she's found through her reporting on the story.
