Between the pandemic, our country's reckoning with race, our economic crisis, and a high-stakes election year – there's a lot going on. On this day of beginnings and ends, in the midst of unprecedented turmoil, how are we, as people and as a community?
We discuss with Michael Curry, the former president of the Boston chapter of the NAACP. Curry now works with the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and is a member of the national NAACP Board of Directors. Also with us is Meredith Goldstein, who runs The Boston Globe's "Love Letters" advice column and podcast.

This segment aired on September 1, 2020.
