US Attorney Says Massachusetts DOC Has Been Violating Prisoners' Constitutional Rights

The Massachusetts Department of Correction has been violating the constitutional rights of inmates with mental illness.

That's according to a report from U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Andrew Lelling's office. The report is the result of a two-year investigation into mental health care for prisoners at several Massachusetts correctional facilities.
