Starting Wednesday, Massachusetts residents 75 and older can schedule appointments for a COVID-19 vaccine. But can they navigate the site and actually find an appointment?

"I'm trying really hard not to lose patience," says Elaine Solomon of Northborough.
"Where are the appointments? There's nothing there. I found that really frustrating!"

Also among those frustrated, State Senator Harriette Chandler, who tweeted she personally has struggled to navigate the state's system and called the website "simply ineffective."

The problems are on the radar of AARP of Massachusetts, too, which is calling on Governor Baker to make the process simpler, including a toll-free number for folks without easy Internet access. We speak with Mike Festa, State Director of AARP Massachusetts.

This segment aired on January 27, 2021.
