Massachusetts Heads Towards Phase 4 Of The Reopening

Governor Charlie Baker announced today that as of Monday, the state will enter Step 2 of Phase 3, and that Phase 4 is scheduled to begin on March 22. That means indoor performance venues will be able to open at lower capacity, to be followed by stadiums like Gillette and Fenway Park.
