Influx of migrants to Massachusetts puts pressure on the shelter system

Support organizations say there's an increase in the number of migrants coming to Massachusetts, particularly to Chelsea. Meanwhile, the Healey administration has been expanding the state's emergency shelter system. All of this comes as Boston Medical Center ends a policy that allowed migrants to shelter overnight in its emergency department and lobby areas.

We take stock of what all this means for those seeking shelter and support, and those trying to provide it.
