Local chefs throw down to see who has best barbecue in Boston

There’s still time for you to break out the grills and fire up some barbecue this summer. But what makes for good barbecue?

Anthony Brooks of The Coast Café in Cambridge, Larry Jimerson of Larry J's BBQ Cafe in Boston and Renay Wolterding of Mill City BBQ & Brew in Lowell sat down with Radio Boston at CitySpace to talk about what makes barbecue so special.

Then, the chefs took to the grills and let the audience, including guest judge celebrity chef Tiffani Faison, decide whose barbecue was the best at Radio Boston's first-ever live Chef Throwdown.
