We asked and you answered. We wanted to know some of the best places to get pie in Greater Boston and beyond, and you shared some of your favorites. From the well-known Petsi's Pies in Somerville to the friend-created online pop-up Bushel + Crumb, there are plenty of places to get your fill on all things pie. So, sweet or savory? You choose!

Is your favorite spot to grab a slice not mentioned below? Let us know in the comments below!

Sweet

Cheryl Ann's, Brookline

"They do either crumb toppings (apple or peach) or traditional top crusts. The best part is that the bakery is just a five-minute walk away!" --Chris

Wilson Farm, Lexington

"Recently my son-in-law...surprised me with a bag of groceries from Wilson Farm. Hidden within the bag was a strawberry rhubarb pie... Unknown to my son-in-law...my grandma from Austria with whom I lived also made pie. As you probably guessed already, Wilson Farms' Strawberry Rhubarb Pie was as good as Grandma's." --Eileen

Petsi Pies, Somerville

"Love Petsie Pies Somerville, because they make vegan apple pie." --Jonathan

Savory

KO Catering and Pies, East Boston

This Aussie eatery offers myriad meat pies, including beef and cheese, and braised lamb shank. If you're vegetarian, KO's curried vegetable pie will hit the spot.

Bushel + Crumb

Get a seasonal pie from Bushel + Crumb, founded by two friends, Simca Horwitz and Lauren Whetherbee. They offer both sweet and savory options depending on the month. You can pick up pies at Brookwood Community Farm in Milton and Langwater Farm in Easton.

Cornish Pasty Co., Boston

Some may argue that Cornish pasty's aren't technically pie but others will tell you that the pasty is a subsection of pie. Either way, we know pasties are delicious and this is the perfect spot in the area to get your fix.
