Play
Here's the Radio Boston rundown for Feb. 10. Tiziana Dearing is hosting. We're broadcasting LIVE today from New Hampshire.
The Radio Boston team has been all over the Granite State, talking with voters as they prepare to cast their ballots in the first-in-the-nation primary.
- WBUR's Anthony Brooks joins us live from outside Peterborough, N.H., to report on an earlier campaign event for Sen. Amy Klobuchar. WBUR's Fred Thys also checks in from Rochester, N.H., where he has been trailing presidential hopeful and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren. And finally, Radio Boston's Chris Citorik joins us from downtown Manchester ahead of a Trump rally there tonight.
- Radio Boston producer Zoë Mitchell spoke with Rev. Ryan Tankersley and members of his mostly African American congregation about the election. Plus, David Moore, senior fellow at the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire, joins us. He discusses his book with Andrew Smith called "The First Primary: New Hampshire’s Outsize Role in Presidential Nominations."
- We close out the show with more from Moore and Chris Galdieri, who teaches government at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire, as well as Radio Boston producer Walt Wuthmann, who brings us voices from the state's minority activists and voters.
This program aired on February 10, 2020.
