Rep. Lori Trahan On The $2 Trillion Congressional Aid Bill

As most of us were sleeping Tuesday night, Congress reached a deal with the White House on a proposed $2 trillion economic aid package. The Senate moved towards passing it Wednesday and sending it to the House.
