Suffolk County DA: Gun Brandished By Man In Brigham Shooting Was 'Not A Working Firearm'
ResumeThere was a significant development Tuesday in the investigation into the shooting and car chase outside Brigham and Women's hospital earlier this month that left a valet severely injured and a man dead.

Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins today announced what Root was carrying was not a working firearm, and that a police officer shot the hospital valet.
